We understand that to meet regulatory requirements firms are required to demonstrate that they have a suitably senior and experienced compliance/AML resource and that the company:

Is measuring performance against those procedures
Is available to answer questions and resolve issues

Undertakes reviews for compliance and prevention of financial crime purposes
Provides training as required to staff
Each of these can be expensive resources for a small company to maintain at a sufficiently senior level.  Kentraugh Consulting can tailor a package to meet the needs of the company, providing a telephone/email/on-site problem solving help desk and regular reviews.
Whilst the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission has rules governing the outsourcing of functions we can ensure that a suitable member of staff is provided with all the help, assistance and training they require to fulfil their requirements.
